It’s no surprise that I am a HUGE Toni Aleo fan-girl! Back in January I fell in love with Shea Adler in Taking Shots, and it was downhill ever since! (I even have a DoxiePin that we adopted from the animal shelter in October and have named Adler! Because, yes, I am a huge dork.)

So when I realized that A Very Merry Hockey Holiday was going to be a novella about ALL of our beloved characters? I pre-ordered immediately! And I couldn’t wait to start reading!! And let me tell you, Toni does NOT disappoint!

Each couple gets a chapter, and I can’t tell too much without giving it away! But a few of the Lady Assassins are pregnant! And we get to see all the kiddos – including Claire and Jude!!

Some of my favorite highlights? Audrey and Tate are still as lovable as always! (I think Tate may be my favorite Assassin, if I’m being totally honest. But it’s tough to pick!) And then there’s this AMAZING scene with Philip and Jude and gloves are thrown!! And holy crap to Shea and Elli’s kids have me rolling on the ground laughing. Seriously? This book is worth it for the scene of their son and a bear alone! (And now you HAVE to read because you want to know what I’m talking about, don’t you?!?!)

As always? Toni Aleo paints an amazingly vivid picture of these people and their lives that will have you ready to don your purple and black Assassins Jersey and head to Nashville to catch a game!

Who doesn't love catching up with all of our favorite Assassin's families?! Toni Aleo's A Very Merry Hockey Holiday gives us a glimpse into what is going on with each of the families we have been introduced to along the way and it was fantastic!

I loved getting to catch up with our favorite characters to see what has been going on with them and to also learn of some very exciting milestones along the way.

If you are a fan of the Assassin's series, this is definitely a book for you. You get holiday cheer, family time and the set-up for the next book in the series. Can't beat that.

Another great work by Toni Aleo.
This was a short and sweet read to get you in the holiday spirit. 8 short stories each different but each connected as we catch up with the Assassins family.

But it was the kids that stole the show so to speak. As we all know kids have no filter and say and do what they feel is right. There were so many cute scenes that made me laugh and just melt.

As always there was enough sexy scenes to heat up the pages, romance and lust and happy times to go around.

I love this series and there was no exception with this one. Toni weaved each short story together and set us up for the next book in the series. I can't wait to read Kasey & JT's story.
This book rocks! It catches up with all the couples from the previous books in this series and gives us a look at the next book. I can't wait for it. This is a great book, if you have read others in this series. If you haven't, you can read this book and it will make you want to read them. I hadn't read one of the books in this series before reading this book. After I read this book, I bought and read that book. I was glad I did. It was a quick read in and of itself, but not as much if you include that I bought and read the other book in the same night. Hockey takes far more of a backseat in this one than in the other books in this series. All in all, I loved it and can't wait for the next book in this series.
Merry Holidays indeed! It's easy to say that I am completely in love with all of Toni Aleo's books, but her Assassin series is a favorite. In nothing short of Aleo's style this novella once again gives us a glimpse into the lives and happenings of our favorite Assassin players and their loves. I have never laughed so loud and so hard as I did almost the entire time I read this book. From "Crazy Pregnantasaurus Rex" to Bass Pro Shop scene and every where in between and beyond, this book is not only full of laughs and memorable moments but also plenty of special Aleo touches and all of our favorites. A must read for anyone who has ever read any of the Assassin series. Congrats on doing it again Toni Aleo, can't wait to see what comes next!
Toni, you have d it once again. Brought us another 5star read. This novella is just what we needed for the holidays. We were so fortunate to have an author who knows what her readers crave,more of the Assassin's family. So glad to see them growing and loving each other. Lacey and JT look great and I can't wait for those cowboys too. I know Lacey will go through heartache but I also know she will eventually get her HEA. Also I wonder if Victoria might be u p for a HEA someday. Would love to see what you do with redeeming a character. I want her personality to vastly improve without her mother's influence. Anyway if you love romance and alpha men strong women and hockey get on board with this series. Of course read books before this novella or you will be lost. This author just keeps getting better and better.
We get eight holiday stories from all our favourite couples, and even a new one. All very exciting! It's all very happy times, lots and lots of babies, adorable moments with children, some good food and of course the necessary sexy time.

A Very Merry Hockey Holiday is definitely for the fans and I freaking loved it. I've missed some of the couples and their offspring, so it was jolly to catch up with them during the holidays. Even in these short snippets, Toni Aleo manages to give us everything we can want in a story. A couple of chapters per couple, and still we get different stories each with their own voice and tone. A great way to start my holiday reading. Perfect for a cold sunday, with the christmas tree beside you, fluffy socks on, a hot coco and let it completely melt you away.
